About me

My skills

Hi, I'm Nieck Kelder and currently a third year student at NHTV following the programming variation at International Game Architecture and Design (IGAD).
My field of interest in game development is mainly gameplay programming, but also graphics related technologies that contribute to the player experience, such as shaders and particle systems, share my interest.

In 2010 I graduated in the bachelor of Information Technology with a minor in Games Programming. After getting my degree I continued working at the company I was during my graduation, but still had great interest in game development. I signed up for the programming variation at IGAD starting next academic year.

During the years at IGAD I have fulfilled the role of tech lead in several team projects and was capable of delegating tasks, while keeping track of priorities and overall progress. I'd like to be involved in the design process of the game and often make suggestions when I am implementing a certain gameplay feature. All to give the player the best experience possible.
